Welcome to Italian Choice Trading LLC. By accessing and using our website (www.italian-choice.com), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENTS

  • Orders are placed through our website or via authorized distributors.

  • All prices are listed in [currency].

    • Orders within the UAE include 5% VAT.

    • Orders shipped outside the UAE do not include VAT; however, the customer may be liable for VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees in the destination country.

  • Payments must be made through our secure payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship within the UAE and internationally to select countries.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • For international shipments (including EU and GCC):

    • Customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling charges imposed by their local authorities.

    • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • Italian Choice Trading LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval and issued to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Please note: Any VAT, duties, or clearance fees paid to customs or couriers are non-refundable by Italian Choice. Customers must apply to their local authority for reimbursement if applicable.

5. WARRANTY POLICY

Our sunglasses come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

6. CUSTOMIZATION TERMS

  • Custom-branded sunglasses require a minimum order quantity of 50 units.

  • The branding space is limited to 45mm adjacent to the Trio logo.

  • Custom orders require upfront payment and are non-refundable once production begins.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Italian Choice Trading LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in UAE courts.
